01 Can I check in early or out late?

We try our best when the calendar allows. Message Beryl the day before and we will confirm.

02 How is the WiFi?

Steady 50 Mbps fibre, fine for video calls and streaming. A quick router restart fixes most hiccups.

03 Something is missing or broken?

Message us on WhatsApp. Umesh and the housekeeping team are nearby and can sort most things same day.

04 Is parking available?

Yes, on site parking is available. Tell us your vehicle so we can keep a spot ready.

05 Can I get fresh towels?

Of course. Extra towels are in the wardrobe, and a mid stay refresh can be arranged on request.
